When you request a briefing, the form can collect your name, work email address, organization or unit, and the message you choose to send. We use that information to review the inquiry, respond, schedule a conversation, and maintain reasonable business records related to the request.

Please provide only the minimum information needed for a business conversation. The form is not an approved channel for sensitive government, mission, personnel, export-controlled, or classified data.

The contact form is submitted to Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service, which processes the submission and delivers an email notification to Orlando Cloud Solutions. Web3Forms states that it acts as a processor for end-user form submissions and uses infrastructure providers that can include Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, and Hetzner. It also states that submission data may be retained for up to three years unless a shorter plan period applies or the account owner deletes it earlier.

This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request and security information needed to deliver and protect the site. Vercel describes Web Analytics page-view data as anonymous and aggregated rather than associated with an individual or stored IP address, and says the analytics product does not use third-party cookies.

The analytics data can include the page or route viewed, time, referrer, filtered query parameters, approximate geolocation, browser, operating system, device type, and analytics script version. Review Vercel’s current Web Analytics privacy and compliance documentation and Vercel privacy notice.

We retain inquiry information only as reasonably necessary to respond, support the resulting business relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal or security obligations. Information may be available to personnel and service providers who need it for those purposes, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the site, the company, or others.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for this marketing site, but no internet transmission, email, or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure. That is another reason not to include sensitive operational information in a public web form.
